DisplayPort 认证测试治具

此测试治具组是依照DisplayPort认证测试规范所设计，单位元率(Single Data Rate – SDR) DisplayPort v1.1定义的频宽需要超过10.8Gbps, 相当于每秒1080MByte的传输速率。此测试治具也支持双位率 v2.0 (Double Date Rates – DDR)。经由VESA协会核准，可以用于贵公司DisplayPort产品的认证测试。

• Insertion loss <-3 dB at 17.5 GHz

  <-20.2 dB @ 8.10 GHz (DDR)
• Trace differential impedance 100 +/- 5 ohms
• Calibration fixtures to zero out test fixture attributes

• Characterization of impedance, reflections, jitter, insertion & return loss, crosstalk, eye patterns, S-parameters, and S4P parameters
• Supports both active and passive cables
